Yes, I look up at some giant car from my TR250, and it usually turns out to be a Co rol la or something similar. There was a time when a Corolla or Civic weighed about the same as a TR6, hell, there was a time they weighed less. In the late 90s I relived my youth a little and bought an MG Midget (about the same size as the Spitfire pictured) . I have to admit I felt naked and afraid.  The slightly bigger TR makes me feel reasonably safe, though to most it is still a tiny car.

Those tiny convertibles  are all death traps but I look at it as…at least it’s slightly less dangerous than a motorcycle. (Can’t fall, right?)
